ESGR EventPLUS allows Event Coordinators to keep track of Statements of Support online. Event Coordinators can record the details of the Statement of Support. Once the inforamtion has been uploaded to the system it is displayed on the Event Listing page.

To download the Statements of Support template and enter the required data:
Hover over the EVENTS on the menu bar and click UPLOAD STATEMENTS OF SUPPORT.
From the Upload Statements of Support page, click the Download Template button. The template opens in Excel.
Enter the Statement of Support information as required. Note that columns with a red header indicate mandatory fields.
Save the file to your computer.
To upload the Statements of Support template:
From the Upload Statements of Support page, click the Upload Statement of Support button.
Locate the file on your computer, then click Open.
The system indicates if there are any errors in the template.
After making the corrections in the file, upload the template once more.
Notes:
Hover over the header of a mandatory field to view the required data format.
Once a Statement of Support has been uploaded to the system, it will be displayed on the Event Listing page.
The Signature Date will also be used for the event start and end date.
To correct errors in Statement of Support data (i.e. spelling, address, etc) remove the existing record from the system by entering Yes in the Inactive/Dormant column in the template. Add a new record to the template with the correct data and upload the file.
