Patriot Awards

ESGR EventPLUS allows Event Coordinators to keep track of Patriot Award details online. Event Coordinators can record the details of an award. Once an award has been uploaded to the system it is displayed on the Event Listing page.

Downloading the Patriot Awards Template

To download the Patriot Awards template and enter the required data:

1. Hover over the EVENTS on the menu bar and click UPLOAD PATRIOT AWARDS.

2. From the Upload Patriot Awards page, click the Download Template button. The template opens in Excel.

3. Enter the Patriot Award(s) information as required. Note that columns with a red header indicate mandatory fields.

4. Save the file to your computer.

Uploading the Patriot Awards Template

To upload the Patriot Awards template:

1. From the Upload Patriot Awards page, click the Upload Patriot Awards button.

2. Locate the file on your computer, then click Open.

3. The system indicates if there are any errors in the template.

4. After making the corrections in the file, upload the template once more.

The template is uploaded successfully.

Notes:

• Hover over the header of a mandatory field to view the required data format.
• Once a Patriot Award has been uploaded to the system, it will be displayed on the Event Listing page.
• If a Patriot Award is deleted from the system, it will no longer appear on the Event Listing page or be included in any reports.
